The manner in which you are attaining the personal information, ESPECIALLY from Govt owned machines and resources is against the law. You may want to rethink:

a. your existence
b. your use of Govt property

d. who you send PMs to on different forums

The admins on a local forum received your veiled threat of an email and laughed. Your forum was open to read for the public and you're trying to claim some sort of bullshit slander? Fuck yourself, kid.
